The justification has to be the specific speed and video capability this body delivers, not raw image quality alone, since full-frame competitors at this price generally out-resolve and out-perform it in low light.
My honest take after three months: this is a specialist tool, not a general-purpose camera, and it should be evaluated as one. For sports, wildlife, and hybrid video work specifically, it delivers speed and rolling shutter control that's genuinely hard to find elsewhere in this price range, in a body considerably smaller than what full-frame alternatives require to match that performance.
